Two Merowingian disk fibulas from the 6th century were found in Bad Krozingen (southern Germany), both embroidered with red garnet. The picture shows front and back of the first fibula (A).
Fibula A shows a runic inscription that asserts the love between a female Boba and a male Agirike:
boba : leub agirike.
